Indian vanilla beans are sweet, creamy and aromatic, like Madagascar Bourbon beans, but with more subtle notes. Using our proprietary cold extraction process on premium, hand-selected Indian beans, we capture this delicate, natural flavor in the resulting extract. Indian extract can be used in many of the same applications as traditional Madagascar Bourbon extract—such as ice creams, baked goods and chocolate applications—where it's slightly different profile will provide a new twist on a classic recipe.

Available in one- and two-fold strengths in one-gallon jugs (4 to a case) and 30- and 55-gallon drums. This product is Kosher and Gluten-Free Certified as well as All-Natural, Allergen-Free and GMO-Free.
